Christmas creations

Christmas Creations

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. If you were unable to make my Christmas workshop here are two of the projects we made.

The ornament card was made with the ornament punch and matching stamp set. The paper colors are old olive and cherry cobbler. The snowman was made with the topnote die on my big shot and the five flower punch was used to make the flower. I used the petals a plenty embossing folder on both cards.

Happy Halloween

October Workshops

Hello everyone, If you missed one of the two Halloween workshops, you missed tons of fun. A special shout out to Janette Diaz for agreeing to host one of the workshops in her house. Here are the awesome projects we did. Not picture is the ghost lollypops.
I was also excited to see four new faces join in the stamping fun. I’m planning on a fun thanksgiving themed workshop, let me know asap if you would like to host this one in your home. It’s also not too early to start thinking about Christmas gifts. Whether its for a loved one or a subtle hint for the hubby; now is a great time to update your Stampin Up wish lists. I keep a copy of your list so if you or a loved one would like to make a purchase or see what’s on the list just give me a call. Happy Stamping, Michelle

Fun with backgrounds

Greetings All, I have recently received an order of Stampin Up goodies. One of my new favorites is the brayer, which is a rubber roller. It’s used to make even coverage of color. I was inspired by Michelle Zindolf”s creations with the brayer and have played with it and textured paper created with my Big shot. These are the papers I created and one of my cards so far. Keep checking back to see what else I create from these papers.

I glued the textured paper on Rich Razzelberry paper to match the razzelberry ink.
I punched out an oval with my Big Shot and sponged the edge to give it dimension.
I then added the flower which was made from the owl punch. Isn’t it beautifull?

Shower of Babies

Well I finally got back into my craft room. Sorry its been awhile since my last post. We have a series of baby showers comming up at church so I made some baby themed cards. The first was made with the bunny stamp from the forest friends set. The picture isn’t great but I really like how it turned out. The second was made for some friends that are fellow Jaguar fans so its a football themed onesie. I used brads for the snaps and traced a template I made.  The last one could be used for a baby card, but I’m not sure yet. I copied the idea and made the sheep from embossed punches. It could make a great workshop card.

On the plus side there will be more workshops in the future. Please let me know if you are interested in hosting one. Not only will you get a personal gift from me, but you can earn free stamp sets and choose the guest list. I have great ideas for one in April, think cute bunnies. 😉 Also let me know if you are interested in being added to my mailing list and/or interested in attending a workshop. ~Michelle
